the spread on mother's day



For Mother's Day I called upon a friend of mine for her recipe for Spanish/Peurto Rican rice. She was away from her kitchen and so I received a series of texts listing the ingredients with no measurements. Next time I will double the proportion of things that I added to the rice. But considering the fam ate it up. . . I think I did a pretty good job, over all.
